Forward

Excerpt from the Book

A curious thing, which I find humbly satisfying.  Having just finished taking another (of multiple) passes at the final chapter of this book, I’ve sat down to write a descriptive forward, (with the wonderful benefit of hindsight and those painstakingly selected words, phrases and ideas top of mind), ready to eloquently summarise the very first words you are about to read.

Weirdly, I then remember I had already written something very early on in the process, so I went back to read those first pages that I wrote so many months ago when I was beginning this journey.

It’s a funny thing to say out loud, but it’s working for me - I am on the path to conquering my own crisis of consciousness, and I fucking love it.

So, with that spirit in mind, (and sincere apologies for all the incessant cursing!) I thought I would have you begin the way I did:
